It looks really great. I hope I'll read more in the next days but at
least looks very well organized.
The only problem is that it has a looooot of text, which is something
impossible to avoid but you provided summaries, something that is really
great. I think it would be great to see an example of a finished
proposal... or maybe it is but I couldn't find it.
