Thank you very much for the appreciation! You all know most of the people who worked on this intensely (and will continue to do so for a while yet): Heather (the designer of the portal), the Bridgespan team, Asaf and Winifred... I'll be glad to communicate your comments to them.

And Osmar, it *wasn't* your problem at all. We finalised this example proposal only after I wrote to all of you, so it went live at the same time as the portal. :-)

The only problem is that it has a looooot of text, which is something impossible to avoid but you provided summaries, something that is really great. I think it would be great to see an example of a finished proposal... or maybe it is but I couldn't find it.

Questions to FDC support staff), or on related Talk/Discussion pages. In addition, we've set up an email address - FDCsupport@wikimedia.org - that can be used to email all FDC related staff. At this moment, it comprises Asaf, Winifred and I, but in the future I will be supported by the Senior Program Officer, FDC and the Grants Administrator, two new positions to be filled soon. Of course, I'm happy to hear from you at my individual email address as well.

Thank you again for all your support throughout this complex process of setting up a complex mechanism! I look forward to hearing from you.
