Project idea: develop a gadget - that pops up as a keyboard in MediaWiki projects, enabling editors the use of special Ghanaian language characters.
I'm happy to support anyone interested in taking it on.

The WikiCredibility Grants Initiative (WikiCred) is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications from individuals, groups, or organizations seeking funding support for the development of tools, projects or initiatives that strengthen credibility and reliability of information within Wikimedia projects.
