operational data?
Operational data are metrics around how is the "system"
doing from the
technical standpoint. For eaxmple: CPU load, number of db connections
open, number
of cache lookups per request...

The analytics team deals mostly with pageview data (for which I am not
even sure whether
we have latency numbers) and application data (like 'edits in the last
month') but it looks like most of
the data you would be interested in for your dashboard is 'operational
Please can you elaborate a bit what exactly you mean by operational data?
