That may be true @Gerald but have you ever tried
mass messaging users
when you don't have mass messaging rights? Its a nightmare, this is useful
in various ways and could be used right and wrong no doubt.
One of the highlights of this tool is its benefit to developers, the
ability to send emails even from your local wiki is amazing!
