Is it now agreed that the London Wikimeet will be the time to celebrate four years of Wikimedia UK (5th November 2008)? WIKIMEDIA U.K. Company No. 06741827 Are there any funds to support a special meetup (Jon)? Is the current default venue suitable? Well, let's brainstorm this. Hasina, the intern, will be taking the lead from the office side of things (with help from the rest of us as needed). What do we want? If we're going with Penderal's Oak, then I don't think there is a charge for the function room (someone will correct me if I'm wrong). There is a charge for cake, unless someone wants to bake it themselves (and donate the ingredients and energy), so that will need approval (but just from Mike, not the whole board, I think - it's just a microgrant not a whole new budget item).
