charge for the function room (someone will correct me if I'm wrong).
There is a charge for cake, unless someone wants to bake it themselves
(and donate the ingredients and energy), so that will need approval
(but just from Mike, not the whole board, I think - it's just a
microgrant not a whole new budget item).
