As Paul has mentioned, we are discussing whether this option could work
(there might be a side issue in that the money would not have been donated

Whilst it isn't ever a "rubber stamp" sfaiaa, there are a number of hoops
to jump through. Back at the start James did most of the preparatory
paperwork and, hopefully, much of it will still be valid for whatever the
