Of course, I write usually my GLAM report. My question is about the event
was attended by several countries. I will request to Wikimedia Argentina
guys to write in their respective space.

If your country is not listed, you go to the section "New country" where
you change "Country report" in "Argentina report" + click on
"Start
article". This opens a new page with a default set up of the page you only
need to fill in.
If you experience this as to difficult, you can also start as a blank page
at:
http://outreach.wikimedia.org/wiki/GLAM/Newsletter/November_2014/Contents/A…
Before publishing I will make sure the general look is implemented.
This counts for everyone who wishes to write about GLAM activities.
Everyone is free to start writing and creating pages for this.
