Guys calm down this is just a legal discussion. Everyone is
entitled to their opinion, even if it is wrong!

Depends what you mean by trademark law. There are criminal laws
against trademark misappropriation. This is very informative:

Note the trademark registration fees are high (like US fees)
and someone may not want to spend the money for this.
Even so, Wikipedia's Russian version may have been up and
running before these guys got going (they only have about
170 articles, no?)
