[WikiEN-l] Let's go slow

Hey, I hear that people are starting to unilaterally delete images and
get into fights on the wiki over "fair use" based on my comments the
past few days.  Let's not do that.  Let's take it slow.

There are no legal problems with what we're doing, it's more a
question of our broader desire to be good GNU citizens.  So there's no
need to urgent go around deleting things.
