I agree that this matter is better off discussed on
the Atlantic Charter page. However, the wikipedia
page has never said that it was signed in 1945.

It did say July 1941 at one point before it was
corrected, but the year always was 1941.

So frankly, I don't think that this guy did his
homework before he raised the matter with Jimbo.
