[Toolserver-l] Is it allowed under the toolserver rules to make a tool that generates a podcast for wikinews content

I don't see the problem with the format... there's no requirement to
freely license code running on the toolserver, and our webserver is ZWS,
a propritary piece of technology.

No comment on whether that constitutes serving content.
