[Toolserver-l] Is it allowed under the toolserver rules to make a tool that generates a podcast for wikinews content

This seems to fall under distributing article content, which is not
allowed.  Even if you don't read the articles verbatim, there is still a
legal liability issue if you, for example, distribute a podcast
containing incorrect or libellous material from the Toolserver.
