[Toolserver-announce] Webserver maintenance tonight

Hi,

Tonight I will upgrade the web server software on wolfsbane.  Total downtime 
for the upgrade should be around 5 minutes.  There will be no user-visible 
changes.

This issue is being tracked in JIRA as MNT-177.
