[QA] Ongoing test failures on enwiki, testwiki, and betawiki

failures, are those expected to go away with tomorrow's deployment?

Chris, I recall you showing me how to target tests to specific environments
- is that documented somewhere? It would be nice to avoid this problem in
the future.
