[QA] Ongoing test failures on enwiki, testwiki, and betawiki

Jon, have you looked at the actual failures? These tests were green
yesterday, but as of today it seems neither VE nor the wikitext editor is
showing up in beta labs.

I am running a build right now to make sure of a repro for the problem.
