[Mediawiki-l] Error msgs in 1.9.0 + semediawiki prob

Sorry to mislead you on this, I got confused. It turns out the error
msg below was generated by an attempt to access the Special:SMWAdmin
setup page, and $wgDisableCounters is not relevant.
