So you want to be able to do both

Italian:Paris Italian:NewYork

and

NewYork:Italian
NewYork:French
NewYork:Indian

? I am confused

If you just want
New York
- Italian
- French
- Indian

Paris
- Italian
- French
- Indian.

Then make to custom name spaces, one called NewYork and one called Paris

New York:Italian
New York:French
New York:Indian

Paris:Italian
Paris:French
Paris:Indian.

They would both be grouped under the same category "Italian". Whereas I would like them to be in 2 separate areas i.e: an "Italian" sub-category under New York and another "Italian" sub-category under Paris...
