If that http://test/blah/My_Page isn't a wiki, then maybe you shouln't 
use inter*wiki* links. I know they can be used for non-wiki sites, but 
if it doesn't work, just do it like any external link. If you want the 
feel of interwiki links (i.e. you want to avoid that image that puts 
itself when an external link is formed) then wrap the link with <span 
class="plainlinks"> ... </span>
