Underscore and space are an synonym in wiki pages, meaning you cannot have
"Page 1" and "Page_1" at the same time. Thus the software always converts
spcaes to underscores because in URLs "_" can be left as it is, while " "
needs to be either "%20" or "+".
I don't think without patching the source you will get that to work.
(The advise of the day is: you should not put spaces in filenames.
Especially not when they can be accessed over the web.)
