[Foundation-l] [FR07] Communication with projects

There is already a list like that at <
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WM:I/RP#On_other_wikis > (see the
"discussion" columns), though it's not comprehensive. That page is
used by stewards and those requesting access on a wiki they're not
familiar with.

Any help expanding that existing list would be much appreciated.
