[Foundation-l] [Wikisource-l] A successful request not yet fulfilled

What I think is necessary here is for you guys to tell the developers
that it is OK for them to create new Wikisources and Wikinewses that
have gone through the local request processes and been approved there,
because those processes are well-oiled machines and there won't be any
problems from them like there have been from the Wikipedia requests
(and like there could have been from the Wiktionary requests, but
haven't been yet).
