Hi.
*I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask, but I have sent multiple messages to the WikiTaxi Facebook page and have got no reply.
To clarify my problem, please see the attached images and compare it to " https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cat" (the online version of the wiki). I have highlighted some of the respective parts of the page, which are causing the problem. Besides being inconvenient regarding visuals, alot of these unidentified strings replace actual information in the Wiki, due to which that info becomes inaccessible. I have faced this problem in every Wikitaxi page that I have used.
My WikiTaxi version is 1.3.0 and the dump file is called "Offline Wiki.taxi", and has a size of 25.59 GBs.
Any help is appreciated.

This is normal: WikiTaxi attempts to parse the wikitext locally, which requires either a fully functional replica of each MediaWiki installation (with all the code, templates, configuration etc.) or some magic alternative parser. In the general case it will fail to show all the content.
As of a year or two ago I believe XOWA was still managing to keep up with this herculean task, but I've not tested. http://xowa.org/
If you want a more robust offline viewer and you don't care about updating the wiki's dump every two weeks, use Kiwix. https://kiwix.org/

The WikiTaxi software is maintained by a group unaffiliated with the Wikimedia Foundation, if it is maintained at all. I see that the wiki ( www.wikitaxi.org) has not been updated in years. There is a contact email listed there which you might try: mail@wikitaxi.org
The parts you highlight are references to Lua modules which apparently are not handled properly by the WikiTaxi application. Given that source code is not available for the application, according to the FAQ ( https://www.yunqa.de/delphi/wiki/wikitaxi/index ) your best hope is to see if the email works or else try an alternative such as Kiwix ( https://www.kiwix.org/en/).

Thank you both for your replies.
Kiwix was what I tried aswell but it has a 37 GB download which I was trying to avoid. I thought that this issue might be special for me since I couldn't find it being mentioned anywhere else even though it seems to be a significant one.

Have you tried wikipedia_en_all_mini_2020-04.zim, which is only 11 GB, less than the latest dump?
The most suitable way to save on size depends on what your purposes and resources are. For instance, we used to have lighter downloads without the index, which saved bandwidth, but eventually required the same amount of disk space and considerably more CPU usage (at least initially).

I believe the 37 GB English Wiki contains all articles without images, which is what I am looking for. So, it might take a few months but I shall probably download that one, through Kiwix. Meanwhile, Wikitaxi should be fine.
If it takes you months to download it, I'm sure we can find someone to mail you a memory card with the dump on it. I'm happy to do it myself.
