About Wiktionary and Wikidata, Hartz proposed at

to "be pragmatic and just import the interwiki links". I agree.
I suggested in the same page that we could have items for Wiktionary where sitelinks would
use the label of the item for the sitelink-titles. Is this feasible? I'm not highly
knowledgeable about Wikidata, but I suppose this kind of modification shouldn't be too
difficult.
