Hi Steven,
Thanks for the reply, but I believe I've sent you the request (with address
and the name of the receiver) on Jan 2 (CA time), and I sent you another
mail asking for confirmation for the delivery. However, there's no response
I've got. This not only happened in our case but also in Hong Kong case. I
really appreciated your hard working on this wonderful party pack, and I
also understand it would be a huge work to deliver packs to over 400
different places, but lacks of response will make us feel we are throwing a
ball to an endless hole and we might be waiting for something that would
never been shipped. Maybe we can have some solution for this in the future
so we can avoid this kind of situation?
If there will be this kind of mass shipping in the future (and I think there
will be), maybe we can have a Shipping Status page on the Internal wiki
with:
* Shipping Receiver
* Shipping Status Update
* FedEx tracking numbers
So people can know it's been shipped (or not) and won't keep asking you.
What do you think?
Thanks and Regards,
Ted Chien

Hi Ted,
Sorry for the late response to your request from the 18th.
As I've pointed out in the original emails to the list about shipping
deadlines, we need a minimum of 7-10 business days just for shipping time.
That doesn't count time for customs or any delays in shipping due to weather
etc., so shipping from the 18th when you sent out your request would
probably not have made it in time.

it would not be possible to give the merchandise to any Taiwanese Wikimedian
attendees.
