Lets say that I think there are other people who probably have a different
audience that might have a bigger effect. And indeed, after his show in
Buenos Aires, I am not so sure we should invite Stallman to this kind of
things - of course I have nothing at all against it if he writes something
though. Anyway, my remark was meant as an ironic one - forget about it, it
is no big deal :)
I think the original idea of Sue was to ask specifically "intellectuals" -
now I dont know what she meant to define with that, but I primarily
understood it to be broadly recognized intellectuals who have a status and
whose statements about Wikipedia would make a difference. Based on her
examples, I would expect that she referred to writers, academics etc. I
think that would definitely be something to embrace.
