That's changing, with the new discussion tools,
but it seems that in general it's discouraging to most people. I quite
like Telegram (despite it being closed and silo'd), so long as it's
assumed to be ephemeral and immediate.
I agree. Also there is no single tool that fits all needs,
so having overview and shared understanding would be a start,
then connecting and maybe favoring FLOSS+standards.
