The deletions are based on https://fr.wikiquote.org/wiki/Wikiquote:Crit%C3%A8res_d%27admissibilit%C3%A9... which was written mostly in 2012–2013 and seems mostly equivalent to https://it.wikiquote.org/wiki/Wikiquote:Wikiquote#Significativit.C3.A0 + https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Neutral_point_of_view_on_Wikiquote .
Other Wikiquotes may benefit from considering such guidelines before confusion is created in some users.
