The problem you report is a know bug that we introduced lately and we
spotted last friday.
It affects all users that have cohorts with descriptions that contain
special characters like: á, ε, ś, ...
This is the related phabricator task:

We are finishing to develop a fix for it and will deploy it in a couple
hours.
