Thank you so much Dan, Marcel, Kevin, and especially Nuria for all your help! (And your kind responses to my pestering :) ) I spent all afternoon yesterday running reports, and that line of unbroken "success" all the way down my screen had me smiling through the night and super excited to jump in this morning!
Much gratitude from the 6th floor, Amanda

Thanks to Nuria, Dan, Kevin, and everyone else in Analytics and Ops who worked to get this issue resolved!
As well as Anna, Charles, Edward, Jaime, Milica, Amanda... and every other Wikimetrics user who reported bugs, ran tests, or just exercised patience.
I got to sit on the sidelines for this one, and it's been really, really nice to watch good faith and clear communication float through my inbox even when things broke.

Wikimetrics is working again. I just tested it by uploading a cohort and running a report.

Hello,
Looks like labs is back up and wikimetrics should be ready for usage now, several changes were made and we will keep an eye on the tool to make sure it is working as expected.
Thanks and sorry about the downtime.

Hello,
Yes, I apologize you are facing difficulty with running reports. There have been some recent changes to the labs server that have been causing instability for the Wikimetrics tool. Although our analytics team has been working on it, I am forwarding this note to the wikimetrics list to let the team know your having issue as well and to loop you in for updates.
If you are not already subscribed, I suggest subscribing to the list so you will get messages in the future about issues that sometimes come up and can report directly to the support team able to help.

Thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
Jaime

Dear Jaime,
I'm writing on behalf of Wikimedia Serbia.
My colleagues gave me your email address to contact you directly for support with Wiki Metrics. The thing is that, for some reason, program refuses to do metrics and create a report (other than in algorithm form) for given cohorts. Is there something we could do to fix this problem?
Our current task is writing a Voluntary report for 2014., and it would be very helpful if you could support us on this issue.
Kindest regards, Milica Žarković
