Hi all,
So regarding the meetup with chapter members, last I spoke to strath, they were to get back after confirming the room we'll be using ie after the talk to Strathmore students on Tuesday. I'm sure there's one available. As for having it at comfort inn, it's possible for around 10 people at the restaurant in the hotels lobby. The only problem's that it'll probably be packed on weekdays.
I'll be available for UoN, Strathmore and iHub talks. Also possibly for Google.

Abbas, Comfort in is located opposite Jevanjee Gardens, Beside Steers behind Nakumatt lifestyle. You might look at this map Jevanjee Gardenshttp://bit.ly/pI8SNO .
True, I wont make it to accompany Asaf to either of the forementioned places, however, I would like to meet Asaf after you return from Mombasa on the Eve of the 18th August or 19th if he shall still be in area 254..
I vouch for comfort inn as the meeting place for WMKE with Asaf.
Cheers steve

Here is the itinerary with the timings:
15th: 9am - TSLG (office located in Ngara) meeting; UoN, Journalism Hall -- 2pm. 16th: Strathmore, 12pm-2pm 17th: Google (I don't know the time -- Asaf please confirm this); iHub at 6pm 18th: Mombasa. 9am -- Mombasa Polytechnic University College; 11.30am -- Kenya Institute of Management; 2pm -- Camara
Grace has said she'll be available on 15th and 17th. Dennis has told me that he'll try his best to come to iHub. Ann has told me she's willing to offer a helping hand: I'll get back to her so that she can confirm which sessions, specifically. Steve will be having exams so i don't think he'll be able to make it.
Alex, did Strathmore agree to give us some space for our meeting? If not, maybe Asaf could contact his hotel and enquire whether they can provide us with some space at Comfort Inn. I remember we had a meetup with Ting at Laico Regency while he was here. Also, where is Comfort Inn Hotel? Some directions would be highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Abbas.
