Hi Guys, I am in Kakamega undertaking the previsit.I designed a questionnare that captures all the relevant details like no. Of comps, OS used,network or non.it also captures the school contact info,our contact info and the skuls availability.its filled in duplicate and i retain a copy.so far done with one skul off to the next. Sory 4my shorthand,had to update u on the go via my PDA,and its old skul :) cheers,

Hi Oscar, You seem to have captured all the relevant details. As Grace suggested early you should never give them a fixed date as your team may not make it on the specific day, let it be flexible within the week that you have in mind.
