Vicky has a point. As long as our chief target is schools without
internet, it doesn't rule out the fact that the internet can still be
expensive and sometimes unreliable. We should venture into all schools
eventually, to cater for the needs of those who cannot access the
school internet fully for one reason or another.

Subject: Re: project proposal
Hi people I would like to advice on the target audience of the wikipedia
project. It is not a good idea to focus on schools without internet only. It
would be better if we implement the same in schools with internet connection
too. It is evident how unreliable school connections can be and in the case
of
having the wikipedia app the scholars will suffer less in such an
occurrence. On
the same note some of the students have personal computers at home which
hardly
have internet connection and it would be nice offering this resource.
