Hi Wangai, Grace,
Thanks for the thumbs up.
Grace, no need to worry regarding time. All documentation needed by m.o.e is ready, it's just a matter of droping them at their offices which I'll be doing tommorow.
As for the ICT board, I had a chat with Kukubo and he's pretty much interested in the Schools project as well as future Wikimedia projects in Kenya. He's instructed his office to coordinate with us so as to setup a meeting with Mr. Ting Chen for discussions of possible collaborations on local Wikimedia projects. Abbas had suggested 14th as the date of the meetup so I'm currently following this up with Kukubo's secretary and a Mr. Kobia who's part of ICT board's Local content team. As for attendance, I'm pretty certain that an official will be sent.
I'll give you an update once everything's confirmed.
Cheers.

Hey guys,
I've spoken to an official from the Ps office in the Ministry of
Education and I'll be presenting details regarding the Wikipedia for schools project on Wednesday so that we can get the letters to visit schools. Abbas, I'll draft an application letter and forward it to for ammdendments and approval as the project lead.
I've also been in contact with the ICT board. Mr. Kukubo, the boards
chairman, isn't around. However with assistance from his secretary, I'll be communicating with him via mail for a possible attendance to the anniversary as well as a partnership for future Wikimedia projects and/or the schools project.
I'll get back to you tommorow regarding this so stay tuned.
Cheers, Alex.
