The issue of putting up updates on our site -especially when it comes to long ones that need to be documented for future reference - has been raised a couple of times but to no avail.
I'll have an adequate amount of free time from 19th this month so I'll go through our list's archives and put some of the lengthy emails we've had on our site. It's my hope that this will set a presedence of documenting important updates.

etiquette/ wiki code of conduct. 5. If a post does not meet the code of conduct the moderator will alert the owner of the discussion post who will inturn review and then re post or cancel it all together.
N/B this are my personal opinions and I hope it wont offend any member please add more suggestions on how the posting on the site should be done.

that would be a grate way forward, it would help new members have some refference to waht the team has been upto and help shape their contribution to the group.
