Oscar, There's also a registration form to be filled that was sent earlier on by Bence but you can't fill it in since you don't have a passport. That being said, when are you expecting your passport?

Please do register on the Amiando site, even if you don't have all your details yet. (http://de.amiando.com/wmcon11chap.html (please use the code chap2011berlin to enter the site).)
Practical experience shows that *technically* the passport field is a required one on the form, so please put in "000000" wherever you are forced by our system, and explain your situation in one of the "other" fields. This will allow people in the WMDE office to start working on your travel details and visa help.

Hi Bence,Abbas I have just registred on the amiando site and recieved confiramation to that effect.My passport should be due by 28th feb or earlier.
