So after our meetup last Saturday, we settled on a couple of stuff pertaining to the road trip and can be found here: http://etherpad.mozilla.com:9000/Kenya-Mozilla-Wikimedia-Outreach
I was tasked with coordinating contacts with Universities in order to determine the best time to visit them and of-course arrange for the visits as well. So with this, I've started a list of institutions that we can visit and grouped them. You can add to the list here: http://etherpad.mozilla.com:9000/Kenya-Road-Trip-Institutions
There's a suggestions section at the bottom so put up anything that you feel might make this process alot faster and easier to get through.
As for providing contact info, due to the privacy of your contacts, I thought it best not to make this info public so I created a separate form to collect contact info of the institutions listed in the link above. You can get the form here:
