I have now uploaded the manual to the Wikimedia Kenya site under Projects (http://www.wikimedia.or.ke/Main_Page#Projects). I've also added a brief summary of our chapter mtg on Feb 26. Feel free to move that to a separate page if you feel our main page gets too cluttered. Oliver (aka BT)

Sorry, that was my fault. Such things happens if an admin sets up a wiki instead of using the regular FTP user account ;-)
