Jessie,
He is welcome to join the mailing list and ask questions. I would say most of the members have quite a grasp on the offline project. I am still in the US and if he is here, I can share my US phone and I can try to answer as many questions as possible.
PS. It was nice to finally meet you in person.
David.

Hello everyone!
I hope this email finds you well. I haven't posted here for awhile, but I've been lurking on the mailing list, and I'm always happy to read about the exciting things going on :)
I had a questions for you all. I have been in correspondence with an Ethiopian (who lives now in the United States) who wants to help get Wikipedia Offline into the hands of Ethiopians, who suffer from limited and restricted Internet access. I of course pointed him in the direction of online materials, but I would love to put him in direct contact with some of you who helped with the Schools Wikipedia project. He has some ideas and questions which I think your experiences would be most useful in answering.
Let me know if that's ok, and if so, who I should/could direct him to specifically.
Thanks! Jessie
