A bit confusing, but yes - officially the Chapters Committee only advises the board. The Board of Trustees makes the final decision on the recommandation of the Chapters Committee. Usually that takes roughly two weeks.

No, that's ChapCom's vote. It's a two-fold process: chapcom's approval
then the Board's approval. We are still awaiting the Board to vote on this...
