Heko Stevo , maybe now that you did experience how schools differ in terms of resources, after the Nyri pilot you should consider writing a book ' ...the disperity in resource allocation in Kenyan schools ' then u upload it in wikibooks ,just kidding 4 the conservative schools with the internet you can share with them the fact that they can buy internet security solutions that can block other sites n give priority to wikipidia and other other web based content providers , thanks 4 the updates

Hi guys, The Nyeri previsit has been a success now that this was just the first
day.
I have managed to visit four schools.
One thing I have noted different with Nyeri, all these schools have
internet
connection unlike the incidents in the other regions, sorry to say,and
even
better they all have websites.
The teachers involved have been receptive to the idea that the content
that
we are giving has been filtered for secondary curricular and that this
would
be used when the teachers would not be able to be around when students
are
around,on that note so far Three schools have said "yes we can" proceed.
They are; Nyeri high School. St. Marys Secondary school Nyeri Baptist high.
Mt. Kenya academy senior school said they would call back after making up their mind, which to me sounded like a NO.
Cheers
