I have been busy this past month with OLPC projects as some of you know. It has been really exciting and I must say while at it, I got to create a number of opportunities where we could possibly work hand in hand. Especially in creating content (The Kenya Syllabus ZIM file)
I also distributed the Offlione Wikipedia to Teachers in Kisumu, Butere, Bungoma, Taita and Kampala and they all were so excited. Today we are meeting the Assistant Minister for Higher Education who will introduce us to the KIE guys ( whom we really tried hard to loop in during the Offline Project in vain ). I am sure to loop in our Offline Project to the Minister and the KIE guys and see if we could get some support from them. We have lots of rely Education oriented activities lined up for the year and am sure we as WMKE will feature in many of them.
