The way to do that is to create a page and include in it a wikilink to [[Category:Tongue twisters]]. That causes your new page to be included in that category.
I have created this now, so you can take a look. You'll have to fill in the tongue twisters yourselves, though... :)
I added one, from here: http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/List_of_tongue-twisters#Swahili
