That's a gret decision you guyz made. All in all, what's important is that the the job gets done to its best. You guyz figure out who are best to undertake the duty. Am ok with whatever the outcome.

Hello guys, Let me first start by congratulating Stephen in his efforts to finalize the 3rd and final phase of the Wikipedia for Schools project. Secondly, I would like to urge the Nyeri team to prioritize those who haven't participated in the prior regions (such as Grace and Ann). I believe that these people should first be given an opportunity to go, before giving room to others who went to Kakamega and Mombasa. Thirdly, I must say (and the Kakamega & Mombasa team leaders will agree with me on this) that we overspent in Kakamega and Mombasa at the unfortunate expense of Nyeri. This is due to a number of reasons including:-the unfavourable bank exchange rate, -Kakamega team increased cost of internal transport,-Kakamega incresed cost of previsit,-Mombasa increased cost of accommodation. So, what do we do now? Oscar, Stephen and I are from having a discussion regarding the above. Taking our experiences from Mombasa and Kakamega, we all agreed that 6 people per school is a little too much. We have therefore proposed a cut from 6 people to 4 people. What are your thoughts? PS -- Being the first time for us to budget, I do believe that it's not a really bad thing for us to overspend. Regards,
