Aw, must have skipped my mind :)
So as Steve mentioned, it would be great if we could include a brief about Openzim and the process involved in creating a zim file for our talk next week at the Strathmore ICT Conference. Basically the tools and process need to publish a ZIM file.

Having heard that,I think it is good to get a deeper understanding of the
ZIM file creation, what we are doing to have a customized Kenyan Wikipedia
for Schools and the tools involved among other ICT related issues.

I guess the slides question has been answered.
So a call for papers for the conference was conducted earlier this year and talks settled on. Ours being a late inclusion, I was to meet with a conference committee member yesterday to settle on this but he's been out of office today and yesterday. I'll meet him tomorrow.

Slideshare also has some Wikipedia presentations. Sue, Jimmy and Stuart from WMF have all made presentations at TED -- in case you have a decent internet connection, you might want to watch their videos as well. In fact, I also have the slides that Sue made for TEDxDubai. Lastly, the Wikimania website is also full of presentations that you might want to go through.
