Hi everyone,
We've been working hard to create a new space for you to call home - well,
home for all things evaluation! We have partnered with our cohorts (ha!) in
the Grantmaking Learning & Evaluation team to create the ultimate space for
all things evaluation - from organizations to programs.
Remember. It's a new space, it's a work in progress. Visit us here:
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Programs:Evaluation_portal
You'll find a Q&A board for discussion about evaluation, learning patterns,
case studies, resources, profiles, and much more.
We hope you like it, and can't wait to have you involved there! :)

Hi everyone,
Just a friendly reminder - responses to the *Data Collection Survey are due
October 7 *(by midnight San Francisco time, which is 07:00:00 Oct 8)
*This is a very important survey*, as it will help the Program Evaluation &
Design team get a better idea on the specific data you are gathering (big
or small) and what kind of tools and support we can give you.
We are then going to be aggregating the data (meaning making all your data
anonymous and combining it all together) you share and writing a report in
which we'll be sharing with you, the community as a whole, FDC, and the
Wikimedia Board.
I'll be personally reaching out to anyone who has not responded in the
upcoming days. And yes, it's voluntary, but, your response is really
important!
If you need a survey reminder, or feel you were sent the survey by mistake,
and someone else is a program leader who should receive it, email me.

*Here is a form we created to help you organize your data, download and use
please! *
https://docs.google.com/a/wikimedia.org/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqQxi0BdfXDsdD…
*IRC Open Office Hours on Monday, October 7 *
Jaime and I will be on IRC to assist you and answer any questions about the
data response survey. You can find us on #wikimedia-ped during these two
times:
15:30-17:30
and
22:00-00:00
You can also email, Facebook, or find us on meta.
Thanks everyone for your awesome work!
