Hello Everyone, I have open a grants page that would help me embark on a translation drive in Nigerian and spread towards Africa. I have been concerned about how many English health articles we have on Wikipedia and people who do not speak English or understand or are unble to read English do not have access to articles that can save their lives. Bonjour à toutes et à tous! Nous sommes une petite équipe des bénévoles des projets WM à Kisangani, Est de la RDCongo (d'où le majestieux fleuve Congo tire ses racines). Nous venons juste d'être reconnue comme [UG]( https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedians_of_Democratic_Republic_of_Congo…) par la fondation. Suite au prix élevé de la connection des données, nous promouvons l'utilisation de Kiwix au sein de la population depuis 2015 et le résultat est plutôt intéressant. Grâce à une [subvention]( https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:Project/Rapid/BamLifa/One_Computer,_…) de la fondation nous avons lancé une grande campagne dénommée "Un Wikipédia pour chaque ordinateur" au près des élèves ingénieurs en informatique pour le former à devenir Ambassadeur Kiwix. Due to high cost of data, we are promoting the use of Kiwix within the population since 2015 and the result is very good. Thanks to WM [grant]( https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:Project/Rapid/BamLifa/One_Computer,_…) we did launch a big campaign called "One computer, One Wikipedia" to train CS students to become Kiwix Ambassadors.
