The Wikimedia movement discussions are now in cycle 2 https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Strategy/Wikimedia_movement/2017/Cycle_2, wherein User Groups and other organized groups that support the Wikimedia Movement are invited to review and join the debate.

I can be the representative (or "discussion coordinator") of WikiJournal in these discussions. I've mentioned WikiJournal as an important part of making and maintaining Wikimedia projects as respected sources of knowledge.
