I've proposed an addition of "Neutral point of view" and "Acknowledgement sections" to the Publishing guidelines, to be implemented for all journals: https://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/Talk:WikiJournal_User_Group/Publishing

The acknowledgement issue came up while discussing such a section at WikiJMed (section before change by author https://en.wikiversity.org/w/index.php?title=WikiJournal_Preprints/An_overview_of_Lassa_fever&oldid=1927009#Acknowledgements), and the other seems related.
